What happens when I miss a call?
The parent gets a text from your number within seconds, so they know you exist and you have their number. The missed call and the text both land in your inbox. During quiet hours it holds the text until morning rather than messaging a parent at 11pm. (Texting switches on once the carriers approve your registration — typically one to two weeks after signup.)
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep the number on your Google listing and your sign, and your carrier forwards calls you don't answer to us — so nothing you've printed or published has to change. If you'd rather start fresh, we can also give you a new local number.
Can't I just have AI build me a website for free?
Honestly, you can get a decent-looking page out of a chatbot now, and if a page is all you need, do that. What it can't do is answer your phone at 7pm, text a parent back while you're in a classroom, or send a tour reminder on Thursday.
