EnrollIQ (“we”, “us”) builds websites and AI assistants for daycares and preschools. This policy describes what information we collect through enrolliq.app and how we use it.
When you contact us, book a demo, or purchase services, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and website address. If you pay for services, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. We also collect basic technical information (such as pages visited) to keep the site working and understand how it is used.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve our services, prepare website audits and proposals you request, and send you communications you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers we rely on to operate (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), who may use it only to provide those services to us.
Websites we build and operate for daycare clients may collect information from their visitors (such as tour requests and chat messages). That information belongs to the daycare and is processed on their behalf so they can respond to families.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — email us or call and we will take care of it.
