These terms apply to the enrolliq.app website and to the website design, development, repair, and AI-assistant services provided by EnrollIQ. By using the site or purchasing services, you agree to them.
EnrollIQ builds and maintains websites and AI assistants for daycares and preschools. The scope, price, and deliverables of any engagement are those stated on the applicable proposal, audit, or checkout page at the time of purchase. Website builds are one-time purchases; optional ongoing services (such as hosting or AI assistant plans) are billed as described at purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Work begins after payment. If we have not started work on a purchased item, contact us for a full refund. Once work is underway, we will always talk through any concerns and find a fair resolution — our goal is a result you are happy with.
You retain ownership of the content, images, and business information you provide. You confirm you have the rights to any material you give us to publish. Completed websites you purchase belong to you.
AI assistants answer visitor questions from the information provided and are designed to route uncertain questions to you rather than guess. They may occasionally be imperfect; they are a convenience for visitors, not professional advice of any kind.
Services are provided with professional care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this page. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
